UNDERWATER LAND CONCEPT PITCH

This is a project from an immersive design class taught by Jason McManus and features an underwater land concept. We were given an unlimited budget and I worked together with my group to create "The Marina". It was my first time interacting with AI generated images, and it really opened a new door for me in regards to becoming more and more specific with presenting a concept and how AI generation can help with that. I was in charge of food and retail, and laid out the graphics of the pitch.
